The CHUCK BASS
One of my favourite cupcakes to date. A brownie cupcake with peanut butter filling, chocolate chips, potato chips, and chocolate buttercream.
So rich you’ll swear it’s from the upper east side.
Remember the easiest cupcake recipe in the world? Yeah, well that’s what I used.
Then I mixed up peanut butter with powdered sugar until it was crumbly, kind of like the center of Reese’s peanut butter cups. Rolled that glorious mixture into small balls and dropped those suckers straight into the batter-filled pans.
Throw some chocolate chips on top, pop those into the oven and set an extra timer for about 10 minutes (in addition to the 20ish minutes you need to bake them thoroughly).
Once 10 minutes is up, put a potato chip straight on top of each cupcake.
While baking, go ahead and prepare a basic buttercream frosting and add some cocoa powder to the mix, depending on how chocolate-y you want it.
Wait for the cupcakes to cool and FROST THEM LIKE YOU MEAN IT. But you knew that already.
